My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The room was really nice, clean, and large, offering more space than expected. However, the service felt a bit rushed during check-in, and the staff forgot to provide the WIFI password. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from the town center, but it was not as expected compared to the booking information provided. The dining options were simple, but the quality was decent. While there were minor setbacks, the overall value for money was reasonable.
The hotel had some issues like bugs in the bathroom and a lack of attention from the staff regarding cleanliness. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable with adequate space and amenities. The location was convenient, close enough to downtown Prescott but not noisy. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were slightly lacking.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean, but room 29's front window made it feel a bit dark. The front desk manager was extremely pleasant, though there were some issues like a lingering smell of smoke from outside and problems with the air conditioner. Despite being pet-friendly, cleanliness and room amenities varied between the bottom and second-floor rooms.
